I know u can't post full article, so i'll qouted from Queen Elizabeth official site: The Queen, accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh, will be the Reviewing Officer at the Sovereign's Parade at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will also attend.
Up to 447 cadets will be on the Sovereign's Parade, including 58 women. As part of the parade, 219 officer cadets, including His Royal Highness Prince Harry, and 16 officer cadets from 11 overseas countries, will be passing-out and receiving their commissions. His Royal Highness Prince William, with the rest of the junior term, will be spectators. http://www.royal.gov.uk/output/Page5146.aspp.s. so Kate or Chelsy are not part of the guests since the queen will be attending!
