http://www.mailonsunday.co.uk/news/article-1026551/The-moment-little-boy-tripped-Prince-Williams-Union-Flag.htmlShort article, pics of PW, his secretary, and a kid taking a tumble of fun. What charity was it at the Polo with his team ? doesn't mention... Quote It's not the first time a Royal has been involved in a tumble at the polo – but this time it wasn’t Prince William who ended up flat on his face, but his young friend. The future King encouraged the energetic seven-year-old to take a flying leap over a knee-high Union Jack while fooling around at a charity event yesterday. Unquote

Weard that no one here or did we ever know that he was to be in a charity yesterday (Friday) and was not published, I'll check the POW site...wait. Found it somewhere else.... Youth charity The Prince’s Trust The event will raise vital funds to hep The Trust change young lives. Since 1997, the Chakravarty Cup has raised over £400,000 for The Prince’s Trust and once again all proceeds raised this year will support disadvantaged 14-30 year olds in the South East and help change their lives. YAY for Prince William, good for him ! Worth missing classes at the Royal Navy College.

Upsss that was last years charity...Sorry...this years polo charity was for: http://www.wellchild.org.uk/WellChild There are more children living with a chronic illness in the UK than ever before. WellChild, a national UK charity, provides care and support for sick children and their families, while leading research into childhood illness and disease.

Idiotic on William's part. What if the kid got injured. He's only seven.

I find those pics very cute. I don't think the kid could have injured himself there. Well Child is one of Harry's charities, right. Was he there, too? Why are there not more pics of this? It's so frustrating when either g/f attends we get tons of pics of them but when the Princes do stuff like that on their own they are apparently not interesting enough to be photographed.

He won't be a good daddy if he pulls that stunt with them. He acted recklessly. If I were a parent I'd be a bit alarmed at the stunt--what if the little boy tripped. Wills was lucky nothing happened.

They where playing in the grass, I don't see anything recless there (no harm obstacles in place), a fall in the playground may result in injury.
I have 7 year old students who are learning extreme sports - I'm a sports leader for open water sports.

I don't see whats wrong with this. Will was just playing with the child, it's not as if he stuck his leg out to purposely trip the boy over. As a former babysitter there is nothing reckless with his actions.

Right with a flag that has the most weakest of plastic material as a pole, playing in the grass, not that the kid was running at asphalt or pebbled surface or the likes - grass surface with safety games are the most appropriate for child play. Please, I know about child safety in sports - play. Nothing harmfull here.

Good to see Wills letting his hair down. I reckon both princes would be good fathers given the chance. I don't think William meant to trip the boy up, it was Friday 13th after all. lol.

I'm confused with the date, some pics of the "same" polo match (and I opened the thread) say 13th, but the majority says 14th, but the 14th was the Trooping of the Colour - so he can't be in 2 places at the same time.
If it was friday, he missed RN College - okay this is a charity polo match.
I'll try to enlarge the pics, but my internet is slow today, I got a database error this morning, perhaps the traffic in the site.

William ought to marry the horse since he seems to be pledging his undying love to it.

Well trooping the colour didn't last the whole day so he could theoretically have attended the polo afterwards. However rexfeatures has it listed as June 13 and the first article said so, too, so I guess the info is right. At what time was this polo match? Maybe he attended after college? William ought to marry the horse since he seems to be pledging his undying love to it.
