So good to see him doing something else than proposing  Well, at least for the press that is the only thing he do lately

yehhhhhhhhh He got out of town without a Official Proposal......yeahhhhh.

There should be some photos surfacing by tommorrow if Kate was at the Airport too.  31

Quote
PRINCE William has begun his two-month tour of duty chasing drug smugglers in the Caribbean with the Navy.

Passengers on his Barbados-bound British Airways flight were stunned to see the prince board with his military hard helmet tucked under his arm.

He was expected to fly club class but was upgraded to first before take-off.

Girlfriend Kate Middleton is believed to have seen off the 26-year-old prince at Gatwick Airport.

William was whisked by helicopter from the airport in Barbados to his ship, HMS Iron Duke.

Hopefully a two-month press black-out on engagment speculation will begin today, PW will be on a ship and can not possibly propose to Kate. Right?

I would be interested in some airport photos of KM.

Oh I can imagine those Cate pictures...

1.-She either was waring something black or white or the two colors combine
2.-Perfect hair  The Queen Has Spoken
3.-Tanned (By this time I don't know if would be a fake tan)
4.-I hope Mama Mids was with her. I miss her!!
5.- And more important, we will have a couple of pics of her looking directly to the camera, with a tearful face 31 so we don't have any doubt about how sad she is  31

Ok

Do you think we will have tears, boots, and Ma Midd in the same photo?

OMG! I forgot to mention the boots!!  Thank you Princess H!!

And in the way you said it, everything combine it will be like Christmas present for some!

Well I don't know if tears and Ma Midds, but about the boots is a 50-50 chance (If we were in winter, it will be a 80-20 chance  ) And most certain, we will have one pic of her looking directly to the camera.

Hey, do you think Cate will have a trip to Barbados in this two months so she can go see William?

You are very welcome Karlita
Such a photo would be like Christmas (the confetti is green and red...right?)
I thought the exact same thing about the boots...its summer in England now, right? So, I'll go with 80-20
Good idea! A trip to the Barbados to see PW sounds like something KM would do.

Of course she will have a trip to go see him - its not like she has work commitments stopping her!!

Hopefully a two-month press black-out on engagment speculation will begin today, PW will be on a ship and can not possibly propose to Kate. Right?

I doubt it.. if kate goes to visit him it will be another case of "did he propose on their romantic holiday blah blah blah...? There will still be speculation mounting up if Kate is seen in the vacinity of the RF without Will.

I heard a rumour that Kate will be at Wimbledon on the RA website, so maybe KN could say the Queen has asked Kate to stand in for the RF at Wimbledon.

Although I don't associate the RF with tennis though.

The Duke of Kent is the President of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club and presents the shield to the winners. Diana, Princess of Wales was a huge fan of tennis.

If all goes well (meaning he is really hard at work Tongue ), we won't see William for two months (sorry Willites )

I think we'll see more of William. He probably will get some shore leaves and we'll see him with his buddies (and Kate) on a boat someplace.

It is interesting because it is reported that he was to be at the concert, maybe
he really hasn't left yet, and is leaving on the weekend?
May be the story is all speculation as to what would happen besides how do they know that he was flown by chopper to the ship anyway, and the specifics of the flight and Kate being there...no pics nothing? If he was in a secure area before the flight nobody would have seen him or Kate. The only way this info would have gotten leaked out is (if it's true) is if a member of the airline called it in, so much for trusting BA.
Well I'm going to watch the concert so I'll see if he's there or not.  I hope so it would
be nice, and besides Harry will be bored at the concert without him.

The story is pretty detailed, it doesn't sound made up at all, he had to leave some day to serve his few months in the Navy. Kate and parties are not his priority, his military and Royal service is, despite what the press tries to portray.

I guess they are right at least about the fact that William left. I doubt someone would have mistaken another navy soldier travelling first class to the Caribbean for William.  Tongue I wouldn't be so sure that Kate was there...
Sad that we didn't get any pic though. I like Will in his navy uniform.

Couldn't he just easily been being flown to a war zone if the Caribbean mission was a cover?  The anwser is, Yes, if the Caribbean mission was cover. Flying first class I thought they fly using military transport.

As far as I know there is no war zone in Barbados.  laugh If he was off to Iraq or somewhere he'd surely not take a commercial flight to Barbados... It's strange enough that he apparently did but at least he won't be accused to abuse military equipment this way. I guess there simply was no scheduled transport flight into the region hence he had to fly with British Airways. I hope they don't lose his luggage.  Tongue
