Yes, you can link to anything, as far as I know (the organisation I work for mostly puts out hard-copy books, although some of their content is online).

I think Photobucket is playing a bit of a double game, to be honest. They're saying in their Terms of Use that you shouldn't store copyrighted photos, but on the other hand they're making it easy to do it (on account of just about all photos on the web that are less than 70 or 80 years old are likely to be copyrighted unless they state they're public domain). They know people won't want to use Photobucket if they're strict about the content that's stored there so in the general run of things they turn a blind eye to all these illegally stored photos, but they're protecting themselves from liability if an agency or photographer complains. Then it's "Oh, sorry, it's the member's fault, they're violating our terms of use," and they can pull a few photos from someone's album while continuing to turn a blind eye to the few million other photos.

This forum has made it into Australian Woman's Day.

It's basically The James pics that were posted on the internet, blames some of us as being enemies of The Middleton's and starting a smear campaign. Mentions the stolen camera and mentions that Kate family has left Kate red faced and William having to do a lot of explaining to do with The Queen and palace officials, and they are in crisis talks.

It's all typical high drama for Woman's day, they would say there was high drama at the Palace if Prince Edward's kids decided to be artists on the palace walls with a crayon or two.

Some quotes from the Woman's day.

By Sophie Volkes-Dudgeon.

Quote
She’ll never be a fairytale Princess if her family keeps showing her up!

Quote
Kate, 26 who’s dated Prince William, second in line to the throne, for six years, was devastated when scandalous pictures of her younger brother James posing naked, in a French maid’s outfit and engaged in various drunken antics surfaced on the internet. The photo’s, posted in what seems to be a smear campaign by enemies of the Middletons, couldn’t have come at a worse time for Kate, already battling negative public opinion and the Queen’s concerns she’s not fit to join the Royal Family.

Quote
‘The Queen’s already been troubled by Kate’s lack of a job and the fact the public was starting to brand her lazy and work-shy,’ a source says. ‘The Royals have a lot to deal with enough embarrassing pictures of their own offspring without adding another dysfunctional family!’

Quote
Prince William is furious about the photos – and is struggling to cope with the pressure from the palace to defend himself on behalf of Kate’s family. ‘Wills understands and knows how important it is for him to hold up to the family name, and he’s been trying really hard to do that. It seems that every time he has anything to do with the Middletons things seem to work against his efforts,’ the source adds.

Thankyou Kezza!

'It seems so unfair to her that she has to be judged by the actions of people around her who she can't control.'

Kate is mainly judged for her lazyness, not for what her brother is wearing. The pictures shouldn't have been printed in the press in the first place, but even without them Kate was STILL unpopular with the public. The day this girl takes responsibility for any of her own actions will be the day pigs fly. I'm surprised she's not trying to tell people that Clarence House told James to dress like that.

Kate better close the deal soon with William.  31 31

Exactly! How come William has to be the one to exlpain to CH and the Queen and defend Kate she should be dragged there to explain herself for HER actions these last 3 years

Oh and William think carefully why might that be? And could it always be? This should be a wake up call for William, Kate and all her family

Yes, I'm a big fan of the Middletons for years! It is all fun and games...

Although I would like William to be furious at Kate I don't think he is. I'm not sure if he even knows about the article.  And if he does would he give a rats a**? His brother ran around with a nazi uniform. I believe Wills could understand James and not to be angry. I think it also depends if he likes him or nor. If he does he could be like "OMG look at this dude, how funny." If he dislikes him he could be annoyed by James behaviour. But furious, no.

Hmmm.  That's interesting. But the article was out long enough for many people to see... It changes nothing

The only reason I can come up with is the Midd-camp.  But it took them long  the Chelsy article was gone asap.

Maybe the DM just takes articles down after a while if they don't receive any hits anymore?  Because if this was the result of legal interference by lawyers or something, it came far too late.
