Ked didn't give the detailed date, he has been saying that she has been travelling to Dublin several times in the past 2 months.

Kate knew everyone, acted comfortable and talked to many of the people there. On the other hand, Chelsey was very clingy and held hands with Harry most of the time and seemed lost when he left her side.

Take it or leave it?

I'm going to leave it, I'm afraid, if only because the quoted statement above is a dead ringer for one that has previously been used to describe the two women, except that it was the other way around: Kate was the clingy wallflower, and Chelsy was the one who "knew everyone". What has changed in that time, especially given the adverse publicity that Kate has attracted in recent times, spread-eagled photos and all?

I had expected them both to be there, however I noticed that Beatrice appeared to have arrived alone: there is no mention of her well-established and very accepted beau having been there. Nor are there any mentions of previous friends of William's and Harry's, such as Pelly and the other jokers. So it may really have been restricted to family/relatives of Charles and his showbiz buddies after all.

Why would Chelsy come down to London and spend the night at Clarence House if not to attend the event at Highgrove? Surely she has other places in London at which she could have stayed?

^^^Lillianna,
Why don't you go to BRW and read it for yourself and then decide to take the entire account or reject the entire account.

Check this out from British Royal Wedding....

Hello,
I am a self-employed photographer whose photos have been carried by Rex and Getty. There were 6 photographers outside the gates of Highgrove yesterday morning, which had increased to 11 in the evening, all stationed outside the main gates of Highrove, as the Royal Protection service does not tolerate them anywhere else near the property.

A Land Rover registered to Mr. Michael Middleton was seen entering Highrove around 4:00 p.m. yesterday, and Michael and Carole Middleton were clearly seen in the front, Michael driving, Carole as his passanger. Kate Middleton was not visible, so we had the assumption that she must have come earlier, or perhaps was hiding in the back. One of the photographers asked Mr. Middleton to please comment on the rumour that his daughter was soon to be engaged to Prince William, but he said nothing as he rolled up his window (after presenting something to the policemen on duty) but smiled graciously and waved as he drove past. Mrs. Middleton also smiled slightly but did not wave. Both were wearing day clothing, so it appears they perhaps changed once they got to the main house and as their Land Rover was not seen for the rest of the evening, it is assumed they stayed as overnight guests of the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.

Make of that what you will.

So where are the photographs from the self-employed photographer and the others who were hanging around? I mean, from the account above there must be at least two dozen... Or have the tabloids been "persuaded" into imposing a blackout on photographs of all things Middletown? I can't get my head around that. Can anyone? I mean, this is the "solid proof" that the tabloids would give their right arms for - anything to say "it's not if but when". So why the silence? And is there only one entrance to Highgrove?

Looks like someone is having fun with the guys over at BRW. How many "inside sources" per day can one reasonably expect especially when they don't sell their stories to the papers rather than post them for free on some internet blog?

2 things about this quote from BRW.

1. Nothing in any tabloids. Surley if either girl were there there would be leaks. There always are. And if he/she knows this then so do many others. Why wouldn't this person or others call it into a tabloid? Wouldn't they want the world to know Kate was there. Not only that but she was the perfect lady, she was the perfect guest and the perfect 'princess in waiting? Not to forget how much in love the William is with her, and shows her so much affection, in front of many people, many of which are stangers. The kind of action's that are polar opposite to EVERYTHING we have EVER seen with these two together. Don't forget there are many PRIVATE pictures out there, and the action's are the same, NO AFFECTION.

2. How accurate is this person? Has he/she had inside info before? Has it turned out to be accurate?

Same goes for this other 'photog'. Also, want Lillianna said. If this were true there would be photographs, not just by this person but by the others. You wonderful searcher's who find all the photographes would have come across them and been screaming it for all to hear. Dont you think?

so the report is fake? i am surprised!  anyway if it were true it would pay rest to the speculation about kate being shy - far from it she sounds like thrives on talking to the right people

Here's a thought.

If I were a Pap, and I was looking for a picture of a woman I thought was seriously going to marry the future King. Wouldn't I want that picture of her being so 'in' with the family as to be invited to Charles's birthday bash at HG. So I might assume she wouldn't drive up the drive like the other guests, no she would have already been there. So you either start early, like the night before, and/or stay thru the next day to get pictures of her and possibly William also leaving or coming. Right?

So this says one of three things to me. Any coud be correct.

1. They are lazy. Could be true. However, that is how they make their money.
2.  She wasn't there, at any time over the entire weekend.
3.  They don't care. They either know, or think they know that she is NOT  about to be Mrs. William. So they don't care.

I just hate all this nonsense. I mean reason and logic say the odds are in favor that she was no where near there, for the party. But, these people just have to put a little blurb. "they may have been there". Stupid jerks. Go out and find the truth.

Well it definitely looks like we'll never know because I am sure since no pics and inside reports turned up so far - they won't later either. I would have expected the paps to go to great length to get pics of Kate at Highgrove or at least of her leaving her home in Berkshire. If I had been a pap agency I'd have one guy camp outside of her home in Berkshire and one on the road to Highrove starting Thursday. Even if she didn't go to the party pics of her actually being at home would still be worth a lot since they would have been a great indication that things between Kate and Will are kaput.  Apparently they didn't do any of these things.
However they haven't really gone to great length to get pics of her the last months period. The last pics of her driving aroud in Berkshire are well over a month old. It seems if she's not running around in front of their cameras in London they can't be bothered. Yet there are no pics of Chelsy arriving in Highgrove either or of her leaving CH. I therefore think neither g/f was at the party.

I don't believe she would be in Dublin.  That part doesn't make sense to me.  Especially several times over the past few weeks.

She might be getting her wedding dress made in Dublin and she went over there for fittings.  Queen Kate

I think both girlfriends were at the party, arriving either the day before or at an odd time or hidden in a car driven by a friend.   They should have been there with their long-term boyfriends because it is their father's birthday.  William and Harry are his only sons, so why wouldn't he want their girlfriends there too?  They are in the 20s, not teens. I never thought we would get any pics - it was a private celebration.  And they probably all stayed the weekend - why shouldn't they?  They are all friendly with Charles and Camilla and are not casual relationships.

When I saw those posts at BRW i thought it was some joker having fun at those who post over at that site at their expence, telling them what they want to hear or read.

Still none the wiser as to if both girls went.

According to Rebecca English, Kate and Chelsy were both there, spent the night, and had breakfast the next morning.

Fortunately the only tipple on the menu at Highgrove yesterday morning, though, was freshly squeezed orange juice and organic tea to complement the slap-up English breakfast which included bacon and eggs from the prince's own farm.

Do people remember when BRW had someone on there claiming to know someone who bumped into William and Kate on holiday?? Kate could well have been there but I always approach things posted on that site with caution. Some of the people on there are not that much different to John on RA who claims to know so much about what goes in the princes' lives you'd be forgiven for thinking he lived with them. It is likely that if Kate were invited she would've been there if her and Wills are still together, wobble or not. Besides it is likely Chelsy and Kate would have arrived way before everyone else so that they wouldn't be photographed and steal Charles's thunder. One of Kate's leaks will spill the beans to the press at some point if she was there it's an opportunity the Middletons can't resist to tell everyone how their Kate was the star of the show.

I do not think there will be a leak, there are two scenarios...  if they are still together she has been told to close the leak that is giving out the info  and if they are already finished her family will not want that out until they have tried everything to get them back again, and the royals will not announce it is over.
