Harry's still a Chelsy boy--Independent (scroll down) Another day, another piece of malicious gossip emerges surrounding Prince Harry's eventful private life. The rumour that passed across Pandora's desk yesterday was that he had been given the heave-ho by his spirited piece of fluff, Chelsy Davy.
Happily, Clarence House tells me that is definitely not the case. So in the unlikely event that anything crops up in the papers this weekend saying otherwise, then it must be wrong – totally and utterly wrong. God i hope not. remember all those "suitable" girls the media trotted out last November? ick. that said....Clarence House doesn't comment on the Princes private lives. Deedes might have an "insider" at CH but nothing official.

You know, I think they make a great couple and they are enjoying each other at this time. HOwever, I can't help but think IF they do break up, it's not going to be the end all for Chelsy. She is definately her own person , with looking ahead to a career in law ( I believe she will see this through and go for a career) and having been well travelled, coupled with the fact that her homeland is in Africa, is much more rounded , then say Kate, who has spent all her time in England, only leaving the UK to vacation with her parents. Should Prince Harry ( love him to bits, I do) and Chelsy split , she is a survivor and will live life to the fullest. Her life is still unfolding even tho she is dating Prince Harry...she is not waiting for that phone call at all costs and IMO, of course!

I agree, Chelsy seems like someone who would get back up after being knocked down. She has nothing to worry about IMO.

I hope not. But then again if they have, it'll be sad, but life goes on....

True, I hope not, break ups are sad, but if they ever do to me it would be the other way around, he would have more reason to have the tabloid title's of Harry breaks up with Chelsy.

I don't think Chelsy will ever dump Harry...she didn't dump his arse over the bar maids. Harry won't dump her either...will he ever find another girl who's willing to be papped at late night Clarence House booty calls?!! They have to keep the 'spark' alive!

Right, but still at some giving point he does get praise or reprimand from the BRF, she may do whatever pleases her, like Kate she wasn't born "into" royalty, therefore is free to choose and do with her destiny.
i.e.: i. No more follow up reports after z-list location vacation - thereafter it remained in the public memory as the beer bong holiday with the Davy family ii. after the video, the Sun article stated that Harry went in hidding at Highgrove under his daddy's wing until he took off to the AAC.

Happily, Clarence House tells me that is definitely not the case. don't they always say 'we don't comment....' and it's Chelsy always breaking up with Harry, poor Harry She is strong girl, but may be it's just a bluff since she always comes back

Isn't it said if any information comes from Clarence House we should treat is as gospel? Meaning, this is the most reliable source of information? I cannot imagine this information being correct. I don't believe Chelsy would break up with Harry. Ridiculous!

It could well be correct, there must be a reason why Clarence House commented on this (if they did) - are they saying the opposite?
If true, then may be Chelsy will come back again, and Harry may welcome her back .... a relationship or the exotic places.....

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1127222/Chelsy-Davy-ends-year-relationship-Prince-Harry.htmlChelsy Davy has broken up with Prince Harry after deciding she was no longer prepared to 'put up with his lifestyle and time spent apart'.
The news comes just three weeks after the couple of five-years returned from a romantic break in Mauritius.
Royal sources said the pair decided to end their relationship last week after a series of discussions.
Zimbabwe-born Chelsy had reportedly told friends she could no longer put up with his lifestyle and time spent apart.

OMG! I do have to agree with one of the commenters, though, it truly was just a matter of time... She was fun, and a great and true first love, but she was not suited at all for life as a Royal. I hope Harry does not resume his partying ways... In fact, I can't help but feel he might be less of a partyer with her out of the picture now...
I wish them both all the best!!!

I agree with Scarlett. I had a funny feeling about this relationship when I saw Chelsy doing work experience. I think she wants a career so that could well be a factor behind the split. It wouldn't surprise me. Best of luck to both for the future. Wish Chelsy every success.
(Mods there seems to be two threads on the same topic. I can't merge them as I don't moderate this board. ta)

I have to agree, she did look like a woman scorned. I also agree that Harry will move onto someone more fun and acceptable....sans pouts , scowls.
A breath of fresh air !!
Thanks for the news !!! I don't think she can handle that he will be in the army for years to come either. She will likely marry one of those guys she was pictured with not along ago, embracing et al.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/theroyalfamily/4332584/Prince-Harry-and-Chelsy-Davy-split-up.htmlPrince Harry, 24, started his helicopter training at the Army Air Corps HQ in Hampshire last Monday. The Prince is believed to have sought advice from his father, the Prince of Wales, and his uncle, Earl Spencer, in recent weeks. He has also discussed his relationship difficulties with his brother, Prince William.
A Clarence House spokesperson said that they were not prepared to comment on the Prince's personal life. However, a royal source said: "They [the couple] are still on speaking terms but they are categorically no longer an item."

If it is true, I hope for both of their sakes, they don't get back together. Whatever is causing them to split up all the time will haunt their relationship forever. They need a dose a tough love.
I'm not sure if it is true though...wouldn't Associated Press be reporting it by now?
