Thanks for the link Wheet.  It gives a better pic of the house which is lovely, and a good bargain to.  Shows how much house prices have fallen here.  Wonder where they are going to put the houses?

I happen to think they make a great couple, and I happen to like Zara.

Mike, 30, was banned from driving for three years in January and found it difficult to commute from the rural Gatcombe Park to his club. Their new home is around ten miles from the Kingsholm ground.

From the new house, 10 miles he may drive a bicycle, good exercise to keep fit.

Mike clearly said in a recent Hello interview with them they would NOT marry until after the 2012 Olympics and I believe what he said.  They have been looking for a new house for quite some time but it has no relevence to a wedding at all.  (Interview in Hello Magazine) a month or so ago.

Very true. Even with extensive renovations, £800,000 is a snip of a price. I wonder what part of Gloucestershire that property is in? It seems a rather good price for most parts of the county.

I have to agree. I don't think they are a couple to back track on their plans. And with Zara wanting to compete in the 2012 Olympics, I'd bet a move is all she could and would want to fit in between now and then. I imagine like most royal couples they would plan on having their first child within the first year of marrying and that's not going to happen before 2012 IMO.  Zara's a keen and determined sports woman. I think marriage and family life will be on the back burner until the games are over. She and Mike seem quite content as they are for now. Well...that's an outsiders perspective on it anyway.
