She's looking pretty glum there. It can't be the paps because, well, she's dating (or friends with) a prince and that's part and parcel of the deal, isn't it?

I always thought that it wasn't the cheating and it wasn't the career differences that pulled them apart. I speculate that she asked him when he was was gonna put a ring on it and did not like his response. Wonder what promises he has made to her this time around...

It's a shame for these two, because I think even if they are serious about each other, they don't seem to be able to work their issues out without splitting up time and again. It makes me think there have probably been more breakups that never got made public.

I believe they're back together.  I seriously doubt if either Chelsy or Harry would've appeared in public together without making a deliberate decision to do so beforehand.  They had to have known paps would be present, yet they went out in public together anyway.  For the Royals, that's the same as making a public statement that "we're back together".  

Chelsy does have a glum expression on her face, but she looks great, and so does Harry.  I love that dress Chelsy's wearing!   Here's an article from the DM, with a new pic:

I agree Mapleleaf that they would only be photographed together if they were truely back together. Although I think they have been getting away with it for a while.. however consider the  source.. Duncan William and Harry press office on speed dial Larcombe. The press were probably tipped off that they were going to be there.  Chelsy does not look happy but she never was a fan of the paparazzi or playing the paparazzi game i.e. just smile let them get their shot and they will go away (a la Kate Middleton). This is another thing which worries me about Chelsy and Harry's relationship if she isn't willing to play the game life is going to be very very difficult for her... Part and parcel of dating Harry is dealing with the things which come with him being royal..

ok..this is my first official post since news broke..(take it easy on me)

for me personally I have never been a fan of H & C as couple.

my reason for this is because based on past photo's of Chels I don't think she quit fits the role as a royal..she is always so gloomy in papz photo's compared to her and her friends.  If she does become a royal (which as of right now she wont because we don't know the status of their relationship) the attention towards her is just going to be outrageous and I don't think she would be able to handle being followed to work, on errand, etc etc.  I also think she likes to live her own life and make her own decisions in which she wont be able to if she does become a royal because of restrictions.  Plus is one of the photo's does it even look like they drove there together? or in separate cars, I can't tell.

I have to agree with what  Vivienne said about being friends with a prince this comes with the territory.

I used to like them together when they looked happy despite the attention. They were carefree, they didn't enjoy the attention but they had a just-get-on-with-it attitude together. I wonder why it changed, I mean the paparazzi taking pictures of them is nothing new? Perhaps they're not as solid so the attention just seems like pressure?

i don't like chelsy's dress: it's shapeless. combined with the black jacket, hose, etc, the outfit is imo boring, and drains the color from her.

I'm totally puzzled & curious by this.

What does a young woman like Chelsy could find to someone like Harry ??

Chelsy: a young woman, despite of being extremely wealthy, not only got a life but has a kind of chic & trendy style in fashion and has decided to pursue her studies in law and to work. I wouldn't have guessed that she comes from South-Africa.

Harry : a British young man who lives into the spotlight (for me his status is much more an handicap imposing obligations, duties and demands to accomplish rather than sth with wonderful or even merely positive outcomes that only exist into fairy tales...) ; who stopped his studies after his A-levels  ; who doesn't seem to know about his own family history & nazism by having a very "weird" sense humor ; who got a Charles - a frustrated Prince who thinks that he's an "intellectual" and has an opinion on everything whether he knows about it or not - who in order to escape investigations into his finances finally married his mistress, a Camilla, the most laziest woman in the UK, reputed for nothing else than her sex skills and having made his late mother's life (to whom his father had taken vows before the eyes of his Nation & Church) so miserable.

No wonder why Harry cheated on her by totally lacking any respect for her.

It leaves me dodging myself this question :

Either she has no more her feet grounded on Earth and in touch with a bit of sense rationality either he might not be that stupid as finally I think he is.

Anyway, we will see.

Maybe Chelsy looks "glum" because of her friend. In those celeb gossip pics it looks like her friend is trying to hide behind her. So maybe she's annoyed by that, or annoyed that her friend is being so bothered, or something like that. Could just be a protective thing.

If they're getting back together and they're happy, then I'm very happy for them. They always were an adorable couple.

Ah, I hope they are back together.  I saw a vid not long back of Chelsy trying to get down a slope and Harry helping her and thought 'that's what I'd like'.  I think they don't really care what other people think about themselves or them as a couple and just concentrate on each other.  Yes, they are on and off more often than a jacket but so what!?  If they know they'll get back together if they really want it then who has a right to complain!?  They've never made an official statement to say they're a couple (that I know of) - I mean official to the British public (not Facebook) - so why should it upset anyone if they break up every morning before work and make up before bed!?  If I can find a guy who can make me as happy as she appears to be when she's with him and as bad as she does when they're apart, and the same guy looks the same degree of happy when with me, and distant when we're apart, then I'll be one happy girl - I know some think soulmates is soppy but I think only soulmates can make people as happy and as sad as they appear to make each other and still keep going back for more!  

With regards to Chelsy looking glum...there are also some where she's smiling.  It's the auto-shutter.  My father has a camera with an auto-shutter and took it to my sister's graduation and we have a huge variety of expressions.  It made me realise how photogenic Chesly and Kate must be as about 99.9% I looked drunk (and wasn't) or had a double chin, or was frowning, or had my mouth hanging open like a fish...damn auto-shutter, should be banned!

Here are my thoughts on some of your posts:

It's true the tabs will post images that will provoke the greatest response from people. But, let's face it, we've seen that pout before... Thanks to maria for posting more images. I like the pictures of her smiling, she looks more natural.

Interesting comment about the intellectual gap between the two. It is difficult for an intelligent woman to reconcile herself to a lifetime (or any time) with a man who is not her intellectual equal. I suppose the chemistry between the two must mitigate this gulf to a certain extent, but won't this disparity only become more pronounced as time goes by? Chelsy is an ambitious woman -- that much is evident from her career choice. I just hope her ambition does not overshadow her common sense.

Very powerful, thought-provoking questions, Nova. Cheating does destroy relationships and tear apart families. Once that trust is gone, how can it be restored? If indeed the breakup was caused by his cheating, how can she ever trust him again? As embarrassed as she must be to be cheated on, it is just as embarrassing for him to be called on it and have to crawl back and beg her to reconsider him after a very public breakup. It's better for him to learn this hard lesson now, than to cheat later on when his is married with children.

On the fashion front, I think Chelsy is a train wreck. She can be attractive occasionally but the fake tan, garish makeup and trendy clothes, shoes and bags amuse me, especially as this woman has more money than God to throw at this problem. It makes me think that although she is a girly girl, she doesn't worry that much about her looks. Her hair always looks great -- at least she spares no expense on highlights. I'm glad she put down the blue eyeshadow and opted for brown on this night. Her appearance is much improved and makes those beautiful eyes stand out even more.

Believe it or not, I have other thoughts, but won't bore you with them now. If you've read this far, I heartily commend your tenacity!

I think Harry is his usual sexy self, and Chelsy looks fantastic.  Her hair is shiny and gorgeous, and in the pics where she smiles her whole face looks happy and very pretty, and her legs look a mile long in that dress.  IMO the dress works because of the band at the bottom, it's great for women who want to downplay their curvy hips but show off their legs.  Chelsy's luck because she doesn't have a figure with 'trouble spots'.

lol: Harry was probably glued to her the whole time!  I love those suede shoe-booties she's wearing as well, I hope someone knows the maker of the suede booties.   They're going to be one of my next "I want that" purchases for sure.

The only reason I even believe Katie Nicholl's story in the Daily Mail is because there are actual photos.  I'd bet Harry and Chelsy had a great time celebrating Harry passing his helicopter course at the Beach Blanket Babylon bar in Notting Hill. 

Those 'p0rn star martinis' they were sipping on before they went on to Whisky Mist club and hung out with Harry's cousins Bea and Eugenie sound good!

I was hoping Harry would have moved on but in the end I suppose it will be years before they marry and by then they will both have blended into the wallpaper same as Edward and Sophie have done i.e. not high profile players but more junior royals rather than senior.

I get to officially say it...I told you so! Well I first said it last month unofficially! Their reconciliation has been no secret on FB with the pair of them leaving lovey-dovey messages...all those who asked me for a sneaky peek last month will agree with me whole heartedly!

I don't understand why anyone is shocked that Chelsy looks unpleasant. She has always looked like that since 2005. She went through a phase of smiling at the photographers this summer, but I guess considering she's back with Harry now she doesn't have to smile anymore. If she does marry Harry she'll be known as the grumpy royal who can't take the heat.

I'm going to start laying down bets on how long it takes till their next major lovers-tiff.

Chelsy does not look happy and I think there is the possibility she no longer is in love with Prince Harry. I really don't think she is the type to "hang in" for a title and perks as others might... I believe she can live HER life without props. Although, then again , Brit,  you know what is being said on FB, so I could be wrong!
