If you look at one pic where Chelsy and her dad are smiling and looking towards something, and in the other ones shes walking toward a chair with camera on it which was placed in their direction -- they were obviously taking a family pic of them together.

In the other pics where shes laughing and in the ones shes putting her arm around her dad and both of them are smiling-- they're all in the direction of camera placed on the chair and were most likely meant to be private photos taken for family album.

So the family camera was in the front, not on the side table (because that is where the family camera is - by the way she almost tripped beach table/camera plus cig in hand), but She still decided to smile looking at the front view with the 'sexy look at me' stomach in, chest out, arms extended to the back and pose

Sorry, but that pose and subsequent ones seconds later, IMO are not family friendly with daddy beside, she's weird.

I do think that they were taking family photos whilst the paps were taking pics of Chelsy... but I don't think that Chelsy was actually looking at her own camera in the picture above but rather the paps (because if you look at Charles Davy, he is looking sideways, while she is looking straight at the camera -- so obviously he's still looking at their camera while she isn't in my opinion).

I don't know if she was necessarily posing for the paps though... she might've just noticed the paps and looked over. And she could've been smiling for any number of reasons; most probably because she was escaping the awfully cold weather they've been having in England.

I must say it's an improvement to see Davy in a chair rather than flat on his back like last year.

I agree with you Mimi-chan.  I think Chelsy and her family are posing for family portraits as well, and the paps got some lucky shots of the Davy family.  There are other photos that show that Chelsy's mom Beverly and her brother Shaun were there as well, but the ones of Chelsy and her father are the only pics that the 'Moe Jackson' website bothered to post. 

Moe Jackson probably only posted the pics of Chelsy and her dad because he thought they looked titillating or something.  Looking at the comments on that stupid website, it's very apparent none of the people who commented are aware that Chelsy was in the photos with her own father and not just some random older guy.
