Oh, so he's going to Australia, and New Zealand?  Is it all at the same time?

It's not as bad as it sounds.
Hungie (i'm not sure if that's the correct spelling), is a baked meal that is cooked in the ground for several hours. All nice meat ' veg, nicely tendered and juicy.

double post but day between. Wink

looks like there's going to be a protest waiting for him on Monday when he opens the court.  i'm surprised MP's will be in it too.  well, not surprised that some in Parliament want a republic but that they'd join a protest during his visit.  rather....i dont know...unprofessional?  anyway hopefully it wont be as bad as the one in Quebec.

He arrived about 9.30am in NZ.
Saw a bit on telly where police cars were arriving at the airport.
Saw a few people hanging around the arrival lounge (VIP).
When he got off the plane he commented on the weather being hot.
Boy is he going to feel the heat here in Oz.
Pretty quiet about it though. Didn't seem too much excitement. Although we'll see more as the day goes on.

Here in Oz we are always a few degrees higher so in NZ it would be about 25 degrees which to us is a mild, beauiful day, beach weather for us and the kiwis.

Here in Oz it's 32 degrees but we have a wind factor which is keeping it cooler, though i have my ceiling fans throughout the house all going, it's not that hot yet to put our air-conditioner on. Maybe this afternoon I may have to.

So in saying that, William will be feeling the heat just coming straight from a winter.

Don't feel sorry for us as we are climatised to it. William isn't.

P.S. Exactly what temperature is it in England that he has flown in from.

This will give u some idea of the weather here.
At xmas time friends of ours came out from England. It wasn't hot weather here for us as we all had light jackets on and it rained a fair bit.
The kids didn't care, they were in the pool from dawn to dusk as it was just too hot for them. They loved the weather. So yup, Wills will feel a tad sweaty. And i reckon to see a few beads of sweat on him, the girls will go stark raving mad

Nice, I live in South American and the weather is pretty much 32°C year round! Think William left the London weather between 3-10 °C.

Lindelle,  21 thanks your our liaison with PW! Any more news, pics, video, bring them in smile

Rebecca English of the Daily Mail is suppose to be there following the tour - looking forward for her take on the trip.
